Growth Based on Beliefs – Not Will Power


IT IS NOT what you want that you attract to you; you attract to you what you believe to be true.  You should always be aware that the subconscious mind accepts your beliefs as true whether they are true or not.

You will manifest the sum total of your subconscious beliefs.  For example, you may “want” more money, but don’t believe you are capable of earning it.  Perhaps you don’t believe you deserve more worldly goods than you now have.  Therefore, you don’t attract more to you.

You may “want” to be more self-confident, but deep down inside you believe you are destined to remain as you are, so you do.
AS LONG AS you hold on to negative beliefs about yourself, your life will not change.

Many people are looking for “gimmicks” to enable them to realize their desires.  They have been given the impression that there is some magic formula.  “First you do this, then you do that.”
The main thing to remember is that growth doesn’t come from the outside, it must come from within, outward.

To change your beliefs, and attract the better things of life to you, you must change your consciousness.  When that changes, the outer things change.  Your consciousness is the sum total of the beliefs you now have, and have ever had.  It is actually you, the way you are.

REALIZE YOU don’t have to believe anything you don’t want to believe !  Most of our beliefs come from our early conditioning.  You are not going to change them just because someone told you you should.

The things that really matter, such as peace of mind, can’t be bought, they must be earned.  The change must come from the inside out.  You probably think that if out-side conditions would only change, your beliefs would change.  Actually, the exact opposite is the truth.

For example, if someone spends most of his life living in poverty conditions he most likely will remain there.  He gradually acquires the consciousness of poverty and remains in that state because that is all he has ever experienced.

IN ORDER TO effect a change, he would have to understand that the belief that he must always be poor is false.  He would refuse to accept this premise, and know that it is at least possible that he can live abundantly.  Then he would strive to acquire the “abundance consciousness.”  Unless he were able to accomplish this change in his beliefs, he would be unable to attract abundance to himself.

If our beliefs don’t change, our consciousness does not change.  If our consciousness does not change, our life does not change.

Most of us are bound by our limited expectations.  We only expect so much, and so we only receive so much.  If we wish to receive more, whether it is of a material or spiritual nature, we must enlarge our expectations.

AS A CHILD, you may have been told that certain accomplishments were beyond your capabilities.  You naturally believed what you were told, and as a result passed up many opportunities by failing to try.
You were probably told that there is a limit to what you were capable of doing, and to what you could expect from life.  Stop and think for a moment.  Who put the limit there ?  Some unseen hand ?  Or some God up in the sky ?

I think you will come to the conclusion that man sets limits with his own mind, and then puts his beliefs in those limits.  Eventually someone comes along and proves these man-made limits were false, but instead of now realizing that there are no limits, he sets new ones, and put his beliefs in them until they, too, are broken.

ONE DAY a wonderful person visited Folsom prison with me and talked to the convicts I meet with each month.  He is a teacher of Yoga who has established schools and temples all throughout India and Australia.
He was kind enough to take a day from his world tour to enrich the lives of a few hardened criminals.  This is what he taught them concerning beliefs and consciousness:
“If you really want to rob a bank, it is not likely that you will be able to develop enough will power to keep you from doing it.”
HE EXPLAINED that their consciousness must be raised by changing their beliefs about themselves and life in general.  When that was accomplished they would no longer have the desire to steal, and will power would not be necessary.

We must change our beliefs about everything that has proven detrimental to us, including the belief in our own inadequacies and limitation.

IT IS DOUBTFUL if we will be able to overcome these beliefs about ourselves by gritting our teeth and “vowing” never to think or act that way again.  The change must come from within so that believing this way would actually be foreign to our nature.

It is a change in consciousness that will bring riches into your life.

The POWER of LANGUAGE – Unveiling The Mysteries Of Success


Well, I did learn several Yrs ago that human communication is a skill or art form & can be learned.
So my began quest.  Automatically I got pretty good at the  Power of Language  for awhile there, cause I was always doing it, but now…..  not as good at it.

The  Power of Language  is also associated with the following form of Communication, which has mostly to do with listening & thinking BEFORE you speak.  You can listen with your ears, eyes &/or inner-self (feelings).  ALL will give you feedback of HOW folks are perceiving what you’re saying.  This is particularly helpful in problem solving.

The interesting part is that when you say something & look into someone’s eyes… you can see whether-or-not they GOT IT !
If they did GET IT – you will see it in their eyes.  The same applies to if they did NOT GET IT.

So, if they did NOT GET IT…..  then it’s  -YOU-  who MUST get creative & say the SAME THING – but in a DIFFERENT way !!
And keep getting more creative each time you re-phrase it – until you see the response in their eyes that tells you – THEY GOT IT !!!

Several Yrs after my divorce my X & I were talking.  He brought up a situation that he wanted some feed-back on.  So I gave him a different perspective on it.
But he did NOT GET what I was saying.
So I said the same thing only in a DIFFERENT way.
But he still did NOT GET IT.

I actually said the same thing about 1 dozen DIFFERENT WAYS  =  he finally got it.
Now that was an extreme stretch for my creativity.  But this is well used in problem solving.


It’s the exact same thing with what David Wood just talked about in the

Unveiling The Mysteries Of Success – the Power of Language

& how it automatically flows as you continue to use it: 
read it & speak it… 
& of course then, it just comes out naturally !

Now, I’ll be adventuring off into “Unveiling the Mysteries of Success in the Power of Language” with confident expectation – that it will flow automatically !


EVERYTHING LIES WITHIN US ALL  =  WITHIN,
WE ARE ALL COMPLETE HUMAN-BEINGS !!!

I’m telling you this, because you mite have forgotten it  -or-  no one has ever told you about this part of WHO YOU ARE before.  So NOW YOU KNOW.

Of course everything has to do with finding & owning the Natural POWER (that we all have) within us to do whatever we set our mind to / Re-Program Our Mind to.

Know that the Power of Language is at Your Command  =  all you have to do is develop it & it’s yours to use for life.  You already have the ability to do this, it’s within us ALL.


The “Inner Circle” audio David speaks of in  “Unveiling The Mysteries Of Success – The POWER of LANGUAGE”  says that once you KNOW you HAVE this ability…
it’s simply a matter of giving yourself PERMISSION to use it !!!

KNOW…..

that developing the Power of Language is 100% available to you & actually very simple to do.


It’s like developing a muscle in your body…
it’s 100% available to you (you HAVE the muscle)
& actually very simple to do (exercise/use that muscle more often).


It’s all about the little stuff we do daily.
Exercise “YOUR Power of Language Muscle” 2, or 3, or 4 times a day instead of once in awhile !!!


Do that by reading & writing in your posts…..  THEN speaking it will start to flow & YOU’LL BECOME A MASTER at it.

cuz I not only enjoy a laugh video, but often NEED 1.....
to balance out my day

It has been proven by science that laughter is healing, calming, healthy + a natural nutrient for the body, mind & soul of a human being.  It's 1 of the Best Things you can do for your body, mind, soul, attitude & life !
Personally it is a requirement of my daily routine..... like brushing my teeth, eating, etc.
My daily attitude is the BASIS of how my day goes & how successful my day is..... &  I really like having Good Days !!

So, laughter is always included in my day, even when I spend the day alone.  With a large quantity of unforgettable, undeniable funny events in my past - I often just pull 1 of them up & end up laughing out loud about something or another..... cuz it just feels good & it is absolutely sooooo needed for good health & spirit.

Well by all accounts it's Not Good for You !

Well, think about this for a minute:  IF Diet soda really worked & made you thinner = wouldn't you be thinner by now ?

according to MY knowledge from years past:
What Your Soda Can Doesn't Tell You...
is that when Soda Companies offer the test results for the "negative/harmful effects" of the substance in cans - their tests are Not based on the ordinary fact that

in MASSIVE QUANTITIES:
  • they produce the product
  • truck it to the Distributor's warehouse
  • where it stays until a company (like a chain store) orders a portion of it
  • then it goes to chain store's warehouse
  • then to the storage area - in their store
  • then to their shelf
  • then to your fridge
  • & finally into you !
How much time do YOU think this all takes ?

& I've head claims that it takes a whole lot longer than the test results for the "negative/harmful effects" of the substance in cans

So, whether or not  "Soda Bad for You" ?   the  time  it  spends  stored  in  cans.....   MAY  BE !?!


Try Some Tasty, Healthy Alternatives to Soda.....
 But personally I'd stay AWAY FROM stuff in cans !
there are:  juice & juice mixes, tea & tea mixes, water also now flavored, coffee & tons of optional coffee flavors, smoothies of all kinds, etc
& for better health make your own varieties of FRESH juice & smoothies at home...  even with an additional protein powder mixed in !!!
Personally I think Honeydew Mellow juice is the closest you can get to an aphrodisiac = for real !!!!!!!!!!!

CARE IS INTERESTING BECAUSE THE lack of care can drain your spirit and overcare drains you also.

I will elaborate.  Caring for people is a feeling or frequency that comes from the heart.  The planet is at present suffering from the lack of true caring between individuals and people of other countries.  This is because of the illusion that caring creates a vulnerability for being hurt, or “walked on” and abused.  It can seem that way but it’s not necessarily true, if you understand the wholeness of your energy system (your body, mind, emotions and heart).  True caring comes from the heat and true heart feelings are regenerative, for the sender and for the receiver of heart energy.  People pride themselves on keeping their heart closed around crowds of people.  They think they are protecting themselves but it is an illusion.  When you gain self-security by learning to live from the heart, you will find that opening the heart and loving more is the best protection of all.  Efficiency in relationships, in business, and personal management comes much easier through the expression of love.

You can work and interact with people for years in surface level relationships governed by the mind.  You can exist that way but it is half living, kind of like sleep-walking.  Until you open up and love more, you could be missing the fun and vitality in life that comes from true heart expression.  Don’t choke up and be scared to express deeper levels of care.  Caring does help revitalize and psychically lubricate your energy system.  As people learn to care more, many of the human ailments will start to decline and much more peace and fun will be experienced.  I’m not a philosopher or an idealist but I do have a keen eye for “make-sense”.  The overload of planetary stress proves that the “non-caring way of existing” doesn’t make sense, yet it makes plenty of non-sense creating overloads of stress.

While struggling for more efficiency, the majority of people overlook the possibility that deeper caring is one of the most efficient energy expenditures a human or business can make.  Sometimes it doesn’t seem that way in the short run, but the “stress-mess” that results in the long run from not caring enough is obvious from a planetary standpoint.  People are trapped in mindsets because they’ve practiced non-caring and surface-level relating for so long that they think it is natural to do so.  It’s the opposite --- it’s not natural at all.  It’s living to survive, not living to enjoy the fun and fulfillment offered in the experience of life.  If life is seemingly good now, then loving and caring for people at deeper levels could still make it better and then some.  If  you feel that you do love and care a lot, check and see if it is for a certain few that you are attached to, or a small circle of family and friends.  The point I’m making is that people care for others but in small isolated groups, or lovers, family, etc.  it can be in your favor to expand your radius of care out to more people until you can do it to all people.  That may seem hard to stat with at first, but it’s because people haven’t practiced it that way.  They mechanically close their heart off and wonder why the universe doesn’t arrange life to suit their convenience.

EVEN IF PEOPLE DON’T SEEM TO LOVE or care for you, it is still worth your effort to love them to whatever degree you can.  Why ?  I’m glad you asked me that.  When you send out love, it has a serious regenerative effect on your system --- mental, emotional and physical.  It acts as a solvent within your system, which cleans out the residue of “stinking thinking,” resentments and old hurts and pains.  That’s called psychic garbage.  Psychic garbage ages you and dilutes the spirit from your energy system more rapidly that you think.  People’s inner psychic garbage could be their number one enemy, yet they blame other people, places and things for their misery.  So, learning to live and care more is especially valuable for dissipating the psychic build-up within your own system.  If you don’t believe that love is magical then wait until someone close to you stops loving you and you will get a quick education on the power of love.  That’s not the greatest way to experience the power of love but the inversion makes the point I’m conveying.        
The problem is that love and care feel so good that people are scared of it.  When planetary intelligence increases, trust me, people will be more aggressive in their expressions of love and care.  Let me repeat:  if you care more deeply for people, it regenerates and revitalizes your own system, even if they don’t care to return it.  This is about the business of self-maintenance, not religion and Sunday school.  If religion helps you to love or care more, that’s fine.  However, you can love and care while operating out of your own church --- the church of yourself.  It’s a smart energy investment.  Open up and care more, at least as an experiment, and you may eventually realize that it is the natural way the human system works most efficiently.

The following is probably said a million times each day:  “If I open up and care more, then people will take advantage of me and I’ll end up hurt or used”.  Let me address that please.  People are not hurting or taking advantage of you as much as you think.  It’s you giving them the power to do that because of your own insecurities.  It’s not because you love or care for them.  You can love and care for people and still draw a line between use and abuse of your energies.  If these people are going to use and abuse you, they will do it anyway, in many cases, whether you care for them or not.  It’s just that you have to learn to care without overcaring.  Care regenerates.  Overcare devitalizes your energy system.  You can care for someone and not have to give them the license to drag you around the block.  The kind of love and care that you think makes you vulnerable, is love that developed into attachment.  That’s the overcare I’m talking about.  With practice, you can train yourself to draw the line between love and attachment.  Attachment can have some love mixed in with it, yet attachments is still a different energy.  It’s the act of putting too much energy investment into someone else to obtain some sort of security for you.  Wake up.  Finally realize that you can’t get your security from other people, you have to develop that within yourself.  As you learn to express love and caring more deeply, it helps you to develop more self-confidence and self-security that will insulate your energy from being victimized by people or life.

REMEMBER, IT’S THE OVERATTACHMENT of your emotional investment in people that causes the pain; it’s not the love and care that drains your system.  I understand that it seems the same to many of you; try to find a deeper understanding about it and save yourself a lot of stress.  Don’t hold back your caring because of fear and self-preservation.  You can go through life that way but not necessarily experience living in the process.  If you can’t love people for people’s sake, then love them for your sake.  If it’s love, it all ends up the same.  When you love people you are definitely loving yourself because when that energy passes through your system, you benefit tremendously from it.  Even if your motive is not to benefit from it, you still do.  It’s okay.  True care is a gift for all.  Unconditional love or care seeks nothing in return.  Still, when you send love out, love comes back.  Even if you are not looking for anything in return for your love, the law of love causes it to “return to sender.”  Unfortunately, if hate, anxieties, or other negatives go out, that brings a return of the same, also.  So, learning to put out more love is more efficient for yourself and the planet.  Conditional love is more like one-third love and two-thirds attachment and expectancy.  Once you understand the difference, you will cut a lot of stress and avoid much pain in life.  Play with it and practice caring more deeply without the expectations and see if it doesn’t feel good to your system.  Learn the difference between care and overcare through practicing self-management.  Listen to and follow your heart if you are truly interested in self-management.  It sounds simple but what isn’t simple, once you know and can achieve something through practice ?  Watch your decisions daily and truly assess whether they are coming from the head or the heart.  Once you realize that you have a choice, then you can change some of the same old scenarios in your life that repeat themselves because of following the head, while thinking it’s the heart.  Caring more for others and yourself builds heart power and sensitivity to your heart directives.

Until people care more, you can expect the stress levels to remain current and to even increase with time.

Self-maturity, finally, is learning that you have to become your own “stress-buster.”  The practice of caring more is a good place to start.  Remember, it’s a business practiced by the smart.  Be heart-smart and spend your energies wisely.  Thank you for caring enough to read this.

FORGIVENESS:  A Real Stress Buster


THE MOST HUMOROUS THING ABOUT forgiveness is that when people forgive someone, they thing they are doing that person a favor.  Wake up !  It’s you that is receiving the biggest favor when you forgive someone.  I’ll explain.  Realize that science has already proven that harbored resentments, hate, hurt, etc., cause a depletion in your own system, often leading to disease and self-anguish.  It would frighten people to know how much their pent-up angers and resentments are depleting their systems, causing them the lack of peace they blame others for creating.

Humans are like cars --- they check into a doctor’s office and get a physical tune-up.  If the physical body shows they’re in fair shape, they get a clean bill of health and off they go.  Physical health helps but it especially doesn’t guarantee you emotional and mental health.  The doctors can’t see the distortions and negative backwash accumulated and stored up in your mental and emotional nature.  You could say a psychiatrist would, but how many people can afford or have access to that ?  If you want peace, fun and zest for living, you have to learn to maintain your mental and emotional nature the same as a doctor helps to maintain your physical.  There are many tools for doing that and forgiveness is a good place to start.

For the duration of this article, let’s not perceive forgiveness as something just religious or spiritual.  Look at it in a business sense --- smart business.  In an act of forgiveness or “release-and-let-go,” realize that it’s you that especially comes out good because you release that disease-producing energy from your system.  These energies produce hormones that toxify your mental, emotional and physical system.  Forgiveness is just a process of re-balancing your internal energy distortions to recreate a harmonious flow between yourself and others.  The trick is you have to forgive from the heart.  A common mistake is when people try to forgive from the head, then find that the same resentments, judgements, etc,. keep popping up over and over again.  People think they have forgiven others and realize later that they resent even more.  It doesn’t mean that you are bad when this happens, it’s just a matter of learning more about your system, and, especially, the difference between the heart and the head.   The heart forgives; the head makes empty promises that do not reach completion.  Completion is seriously important because if you leave a crack in the door, negative thoughts and emotions can blow it off the hinges.  Heart intelligence clearly helps you to understand that forgiveness and release are especially for your own mental and emotional maintenance.  People will do something for themselves more quickly if they can get the clarity of the benefits.  I’m not implying that forgiveness doesn’t benefit the other person, because the release that it causes in other people is obvious.  I’m just saying this:  if you realize, in most cases, that you are the primary beneficiary when you forgive someone, you will have more incentive to complete the act of forgiveness at the heart level.  Then, everyone wins.  It’s okay to forgive someone for self-benefits because you have to love and respect your own energies before you are truly effective in facilitating someone else’s needs.  The prime message in this content is that forgiveness is not some little churchy act you put on to do someone else a favor.  It’s both parties that receive an increase in their energy bank account.

FORGIVING AND RELEASING OLD HURTS and hate from your system is taking a mental and emotional bath.  It’s like taking a physical bath at night.  Notice how people bathe their bodies on a regular basis, yet the will store negative toxic junk in their mental and emotional natures for years without a clean up.  Trust me, it causes your system to be taxed accordingly.  It’s really the mental and emotional bath you need daily.  That’s where your happiness and quality of life are registered.

     Forgiveness is not some little churchy act you put on to do someone else a favor.  It’s both parties that receive an increase in their energy bank account.

Here is another humorous gesture of human inefficiency.  It has to do  with justified resentments and hate.  Just because you think that hate and non-forgiveness are justified in certain cases, wake up and realize that you are still poisoning your own system and you are doing more damage to yourself than the ones you resent or hate.  In many cases the people you hate or resent don’t even know about it, while you relentlessly destroy the vitality of your own mental, emotional and physical system.  It’s especially you that you are punishing.  Again, I’m not talking religion, I’m talking business - the business of your own self-health - “streetsense !”   It’s about preventative maintenance that can keep the doctor bills down and keep your happiness and fun up.  Be careful of falling in the trap of justified hate because it’s really you that’s taking the lashing.  If it sounds like I’m overly intent on this one point, it may be you that needs to hear it one more time so that you might just hear it for the first time.  Once you really hear it from the heart, here is how you can do yourself a favor, a big one.  List all the people, organizations, issues or anything you hold hate and resentments against.  Then make a serious effort from the heart to release those negative frequencies from your system and replace it with heat intelligence.  Heart intelligence would ask you, why drain your life and junk up your system just because someone else is out of phase in their life ?  It may be hard for you to put out love for someone who has offended you but you can sure “smarten up” and at least finally release yourself from the negative feedback loop created when resenting others and yourself.  Forgiveness is a featured aspect of self-management, yet self-management is not featured in most people’s day-to-day agenda.

I’m well aware that some situations are deeply rooted with hurt and pain caused by others.  Still for the sake of your own health and the people around you, it’s worth going deeper in the heart and finally releasing that negative junk.  I know this would sound disgusting to some, but practice sending loving thoughts to the people and issues that draw the most resentments and judgements out of you.  The trick is not to expect them to change.  Just realize that heart energy running through your system starts to restore and balance out the negative accumulations from “stinking thinking” and ill-governed emotions.  Do it for you, then you will more understand the benefits of learning to love everyone --- even those you may despise.  Take things a step at a time but at least keep walking.

IF THIS CONTENT SPARKS ANY “make-sense” within you and you decide to consider forgiving more and suffering less, don’t make your efforts from the head.  Do it from the heart !  The heart is where you will tap the power of care.  It’s the care that is missing in people’s efforts of good intentions.  I’m just trying to give you good reasons to at least care for yourself enough to practice forgiveness and letting go.  True self-care will lead to a deeper caring for others.  Care is love in different degrees and potencies.  Turn on the shower in your heart and charge love through your mental and emotional nature each time you jump in a shower to wash the “ol’ body.”  Send heart and love energy into the world if you really want to play an effective part in cleaning up the planetary stress-mess.  It’s the individual application of heart power that’s missing in self-management, making it convenient to blame your problems on everyone and everything else.  Stress will finally produce this awakening but you don’t have to wait any longer than the next moment to start.  The practice of forgiveness is a most efficient starting point because that is love in action.

Before I quieten this article, let me mention self-forgiveness, for many of you were wondering why I didn’t start with that, possibly.  Maybe I saved the most important for last, but you should remember it first if you are going to experiment with forgiveness at all.  Realize that when you don’t forgive and release yourself, you are seriously wasting energy and bleeding off the vitality in your life force.  Self-discipline is efficient but self-punishment defies intelligence and especially common sense.  Your heart truth would know that self-punishment can cause more harm to you than the wrong you did.  Forget self-punishment, pick up the pieces, forgive yourself and move on from there.  That’s heart management.  The head management causes you to collect dust until it turns into dirt.  You use your thinking equipment often to dig yourself deeper into the mud.  It just doesn’t have to be that way.  You just have to stop occasionally to practice using your heart decisions to manage your life rather than your head.

SELF-FORGIVENESS BRINGS YOUR mental and emotional energy systems back into balance.  That’s all.  No big deal.  It’s not necessarily religious or spiritual, it’s just good ol’ streetsense --- the missing link in intelligence that scientists are looking for.  Once you practice forgiving and releasing yourself, you’ll realize the benefits soon in the way you feel overall.  This will give you incentive to release, not judge, and to forgive other people.  Remember, it’s you that you are taking care of when you practice that.  People complain about stress daily but refuse to realize they could weed out the highest percent of their stress by practicing self-management through learning to follow their heart.  Do yourself a favor folks, ease up on yourself.  If you have something eating on you inside, then talk it out, work it out, release it.  Just get it out because it’s like an energy vampire guaranteed to drain daily a percentage of your life’s enjoyment potentials.  Practiced heart intelligence can rearrange the non-efficient thoughts and energy expenditures you generate daily.  Religion is waiting for all the great teachers to return and do something.  The humor is that the great teachers are probably waiting for the people to do something with what they have already been told --- to clean up their own mess.  The answers are within you for that.

Forgiveness has been around for quite awhile so you probably already know the contents of this article.  However, you can know it in your head for years but the knowledge doesn’t turn into wisdom until you have heard and applied it from the heart.  Play with it for awhile and you can secretly smile when you start to realize that much of the stress you have been experiencing could have easily been avoided.  It was just a matter of listening to and following what you already knew, your heart.  It’s actually fun to start experiencing the power of your own self-management.  That leads to self-empowerment --- the new planetary buzzword or slogan.  Self-forgiveness, and the forgiveness of other people, places and things, is a good, efficient place to start building your self-empowerment.  Take care of yourself for a change and clean the carbuncles and soot out of your mental and emotional pipes.  It can brighten up your life even more than a smile.  Why ?  Because many times smiles are used to cover up what’s not cleaned up --- just humor, keep on smiling.  Learn the science of forgiveness as a good business investment.  It’s the business of managing yourself.  Have fun with it.  I’m outta here.

MASTER TONIC

MASTER TONIC


Master Tonic HAS BEEN USED FOR ABOUT 600 YEARS.  IT REMOVES VIRUSES & BACTERIA FROM THE SYSTEM & IS A PRO-BIOTIC !  *

Master Tonic:  for ordinary infections, ½ an eyedropper, taken five to six times a day will deal with most conditions.  It can be used during pregnancies, is safe for children & dogs [use smaller doses] & as a food is completely nontoxic.
Make up plenty; Master Tonic does not need refrigeration & lasts indefinitely without any special storage conditions.

1 part fresh garlic cloves [anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-parasitical]
1 part fresh white onion, hottest onions available [similar properties of garlic]
1 part fresh grated ginger root [increases circulation to the extremities]
1 part fresh grated horseradish root [increases blood flow to the head]
1 part fresh cayenne peppers [the hottest peppers available, i.e., Habanero, African Bird or Scotch Bonnets, etc.; a great blood stimulant.

Lhasa Karnak for Master Tonic
(The Best source I've found for powered African Bird Cayenne, is from Lhasa Karnak in Berkeley, CA, because of the owner's Integrity regarding the Quality of his Herbs...  they ship anywhere & it's about $1 per ounce in 2012.  My personal results using this - were excellent ! *)


Fill a glass jar three-fourths of the way full with equal parts by volume [e.g. a cupful each] of the above peeled, fresh, chopped or grated herbs.

Then fill up the rest of the jar to the top with raw unfiltered, unbleached, non-distilled apple cider vinegar (with the 'mother' in it *).       [The solution should look brown & milky (or really red if you use cayenne).]

Close & shake vigorously & then top off the vinegar if necessary.

Shake at least once a day for two weeks; then filter the mixture through a clean piece of cotton [an old T-shirt works], bottle & label.
Make sure that when you make Master Tonic that you shake it every time you walk by it, a minimum of once a day !!!

All the herbs & vegetables should be fresh [organically grown if possible], & use dried herbs only in an emergency.

The dosage for Master Tonic is one-half to one ounce, two or more times daily [one to two tablespoons at a time].  Gargle & swallow.
[Don’t dilute with water.]

What a lot of us do is put the Master Tonic into an eyedropper bottle & take several eyedroppers, by laying down - placing the tip of the eyedropper at the back of our tongue & squeezing the Master Tonic down our throat.

But by swallowing it from the back of the tongue, you bypass the taste buds & the FIRE.  All that happens is your salivary glands respond to a tasty, comfortable warm feeling ! *
